This design project aims to take the Kuyoh River as the link. Establish a sustainable model of connection and symbiosis between people, farms and nature in the city. The design site is located at Seri Kembangan, commonly known as Serdang, is a town and a new Chinese village located in the southeast of Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. The town is located between Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya. Kuyoh River is located on the east side of Serdang Town. The total area is 66.5 hectares. The issue of site selection is there are many messy and illegal vegetable gardens on the river bank. Lack of systematic basic service facilities. Some sections of the river are seriously polluted. Most of the land types around the site are residential land, commercial land, and industrial land. part. The main types of land use in the site are green space and water body. The site is located in the middle of the community in Serdang District, with obvious location advantages. The site is rich in water resources, there are many wild plants and animals, and it is highly ornamental. |
